This Privacy Policy explains how Video Header handles information when you install and use the app on your Shopify store.

Video Header is designed to add a video header section to your Shopify theme. The app does not require access to customer information, order information, payment information, or product data to provide its main functionality.

Shopify may provide basic app installation and store information needed for the app to run, such as your store domain and app installation status.

Information we store

Video Header may store basic technical information required to keep the app installed and connected to your Shopify store, including app session or authentication information.

Video Header settings used in your theme, such as selected videos, text, overlay choices, and layout settings, are managed through Shopify’s theme editor and theme app extension system.

Customer data

Video Header does not collect, store, sell, or share your customers’ personal information.

How information is used

Any information processed by Video Header is used only to provide, maintain, support, and improve the app.

We do not sell personal information or use app data for advertising.

Third-party services

Video Header runs inside Shopify and relies on Shopify services to install and operate the app.

If you choose to use external video links, such as Vimeo or YouTube, those services may process data according to their own privacy policies. Shopify-hosted video is recommended for the cleanest setup.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade app data. Information may only be shared where required to operate the app, comply with legal obligations, or respond to a support request you send us.

Uninstalling the app

You can uninstall Video Header from your Shopify admin at any time.

After uninstalling, the app will no longer be connected to your store. If you want us to delete any remaining app-related installation or support data, contact us at harrisonlisewski8@gmail.com.
